Machining We have a full service machine shop capable of fabricating any and all parts. Turning, milling, ID/OD grinding. profile grinding, honing, free honing, and lap master are available to meet your needs. |

Welding Stick, MIG, and Heliarc welding are provided by Hobart certified welders. We use Eutectic materials for consistent, high quality results. |

Spray Transfer The Eutoalloy Process fusion bonds alloys providing a surface which is as strong or stronger than the original OEM part. The RotoTee Process mechanically bonds alloys preventing distortion of original diminsions. These processses allow for restoring obsolete units to their original OEM specifications. |
Electochemical Metallizing This process is capable of utilizing a variety of metals to build up shafts, chrome rods, tubing, races, etc. to meet OEM specifications. Blending metals may be employed to insure proper hardness and corrosion resistence. Our technician is Selectron trained with 10 years metallizing experience. |

Testing All components are flow rated and pressure tested to meet or exceed OEM specifications. We simulate road conditions to load test steering gears and hydrostatic components. Hydrostatic units are pressure tested to 10,000 psi. |
